Fully renovated single family house located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Close to the airport and about 20 minutes from uptown Charlotte.

Please note this is a shared apartment. Your room, bathroom and kitchen will be delivered cleaned and fully sanitized. Just keep in mind that from the time the common area is cleaned and the time you check in other guests might’ve used the common area and therefore it will not be as neat as expected.

One thing to know so you are able to enjoy your stay, this is a good and safe neighborhood. So please refrain yourself from gathering in front of the house. Be polite and respectful at all times.

If you order anything on Amazon and you are not going to be home, you must arrange with your delivery company and schedule a time or have them delivery to the closest warehouse so you can pick it up at your convenience.
