* Note: the washer & dryer machine are permanently out of order. However, there is a laundromat just few blocks way on Clay Ave & 174th st.
***Please note this is a shared apartment. Your room, bathroom and kitchen will be delivered cleaned and fully sanitized. Just keep in mind that from the time the common area is cleaned and the time you check in other guests might’ve used the common area and therefore it will not be as neat as expected.
****One thing to know so you are able to enjoy your stay, this is a good and neighborhood but during summer expect a lot noise. We have a park across the street and residents come to do picnic, and outdoor activities including listening to music.
Note: Guests must be present to receive any delivery 📦 other than regular mail. If you order anything on Amazon and you are not going to be home, you must arrange with your delivery company and schedule a time or have them delivery to the closest warehouse so you can pick it up at your convenience. We are not responsible for any packages delivered to this address.
