Attention!!!! Fully Furnished private Room. Part of a 4 rooms 3 baths apartment. Located on the third floor of a well maintained new 3 family guest house. This is a great opportunity for professionals, graduate students, doctors doing rotations at the Bronx Care Medical Center, The Lincoln Hospital, Montefiore Hospital and those enrolled in the NY Teaching Fellows and Teach for America programs. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place.

Guest access

Full access to kitchen and bathroom. Just respect other by keeping the common area clean.
Also note that nothing can’t be placed on top of the fridge. It will removed without further notification.
Also for the kitchen cabinet only use the one assigned to your room.
Do not leave your towel or any personal item in the bathroom. It will be removed without further notification and will not be replaced with another one. If done guest agree to pay a $20 fee.

Other things to note

*This is a students guest house, therefore a quit environment is required and expected.

*****For your safety and the safety and peace of other guests WE HAVE A ABSOLUTELY NO VISITOR POLICY **** THEREFORE REFRAIN FROM BRINGING FRIENDS INSIDE THE HOUSE. We reserve the right to instantly terminate your stay without refund if this rule is violated.

* Note: the washer & dryer machine are permanently out of order. However, there is a laundromat just few blocks way on Clay Ave & 174th st.

***Please note this is a shared apartment. Your room, bathroom and kitchen will be delivered cleaned and fully sanitized. Just keep in mind that from the time the common area is cleaned and the time you check in other guests might’ve used the common area and therefore it will not be as neat as expected.

****One thing to know so you are able to enjoy your stay, this is a good and friendly neighborhood but during summer expect a lot noise. We have a park across the street and residents come to do picnic, and outdoor activities including listening to music.

Note: Guests must be present to receive any delivery 📦 other than regular mail. If you order anything on Amazon and you are not going to be home, you must arrange with your delivery company and schedule a time or have them delivery to the closest warehouse so you can pick it up at your convenience. We are not responsible for any packages delivered to this address.
