This is a shared house with shared spaces. Guests have access to their bedroom, shared, living room, kitchen, washer dryer, and patio. No smoking allowed inside the house please.”

If you order anything on Amazon and you are not going to be home, you must arrange with your delivery company and schedule a time or have them delivery to the closest warehouse so you can pick it up at your convenience.
